Advisory Services
The Advisory Services division is responsible for the identification and evaluation of new business opportunities and for the implementation of qualified opportunities through NewLab or through third party collaborations. This group also assists the other business units with strategic business guidance, business model development, proposal and grant drafting, and background research. Although this is a unit with a strategic mandate, it also addresses the practical issues of business model design and critical paths for each division in the company.
